Attendants let my Children play on a dirty slide. Ribfest ended early for us (me and my 4 kids). A child behind my daughter peed at the top of the slide. This was the most amazing and biggest inflatable slide I’ve ever seen. Not for small kids like advertised

I must share my positive experience. I am a member of the Aberfoyle Fall Fair and over the years have been charged with finding suitable midways, games, etc. One year around 2011 we had a midway approach our fair, they came to our meetings and pitched a new midway to us. We had been having problems with the midway that we had been using the past few years and needed a change. After the fair board agreed to pay a 5000.00 deposit to secure the midway, come the first day of the Fair, Friday night, they did not show up! If you can imagine around 4pm on a Friday with nobody showing up we were in a huge bind! At the time Google was fairly new to me. I luckily stumbled upon Grand River Inflatables and figured since they were close I would give them a shot. After the initial phone call in desperation the fall fair secretary offered her credit card to cover all the expenses of the rentals on the spot. Within 2 hours the Grand River team showed up with several bouncy castles and games and saved our Fair. Since then we have formed a very good relationship and watched Grand River grow over the years, we have had many positive comments from fair patrons. The past few fairs we have had to hire their staff to run the equipment and although it can be a bit more costly, it is well worth the investment! The operators are clean, courteous, and work very well with kids. I am also on the Puslinch Optimist Club and we also use them now for our Canada Day celebrations. READ BEFORE YOU READ THE ONE STARS. It’s unfortunate to read these other one star reviews which seem to be from someone whose disgruntled. We had grand River out for a few of our events and it was an extremely pleasant experience. The equipment smelt like when my mom cleans; not dirty at all or mildew. The staff was professional and attentive throughout the entire event and never left a child unsafe or unattended. We were met with nothing but professionalism, and reading these other comments in such a short span speaks nothing of the true nature of this business which is top notch. Thank you Grand River team!

Love, love, love! We had an incredible experience from the time of booking to the cleaning up. The whole team goes over and above to ensure that you are able to just have fun and enjoy. We had the bouncy castle as a fun addition to our wedding and the kids had such a great time, many giggles and smiles! Definitely a highlight of the day :)

Great experience for the first time renting from this company. Communication was excellent from the start and from rental time to delivery. Inflatables were clean and well kept, staff setting up was prompt, friendly and professional. 100% recommend.

I rented a bouncy castle for my daughter's 3rd birthday. As someone who works in the hospitality industry and values an amazing customer experience I was extremely impressed!I could see the pricing/quote on the website, emails were responded too far quicker than expected, communication was always open and it was very easy to pay online.On the actual day, the crew arrived on time, smiling and very friendly. Had a great customer service experienced! The crew set up so quickly, everything was clean and the product was in incredible condition! Everything was seamless from start to finish.Living 3 hours away, I did a very quick google search for rentable bouncy castles where the party would take place and your company came up first on google. Time is money to me and because you provided such a seamless booking experience (I didn't have to wait days for a quote for example) I didn't want to look elsewhere and waste my time and was happy to book with you.Overall, I will absolutely be using your services again and recommending you to others! I rented chairs for an event and the online booking system was very convenient and easy to use.They were prompt at calling me to confirm all my details and I love that everything was done online, including signing the contract. I received emails updating me on all relevant information leading up to my event and they also called me to confirm drop off and pick up time which was appreciated since I do not reside at the place they were dropping the chairs off at.Customer service is definitely prevalent in their operating model as everyone I encountered at Grand River Inflatables were very pleasant and kind.Would definitely recommend using them for your next event, big or small. I know I will!

Honestly just so disappointed! Went to float fest and my 2 almost 3 year old couldn't jump because of a height requirement.. I've rented many bouncy houses before and never had a minimum height requirement! There's not much small kids like him can do especially at events like this and they took away the one thing they can do! At least send 1 inflatable for smaller kids next time so everyone can enjoy!
