This parking lot is indeed a trap for parking tickets. There are no signs that say no parking but the parking enforcement comes around and issues $100 tickets for all the cars even though its free public parking. Fight the tickets and get your money back. Otherwise the parking lot is very convenient and close to the beach.

The parking authority uses this park as a trap, that is why they left the middle area unshaded and no sign to let people know it is not allowed to park cars there, then every day they give hundreds of card tickets, each 100$.If you are one of them, fight for it and claim it, because they can't do that, as there are no signs to let you know that it is prohibited.
