We live here and are thankful to have a roof over our heads. Its an old building with the original rugs from 40 years ago! The other residents are lovely. There are schools and parks close by so kids are welcome. The rent is 1100/mo, set to go up 180 if we sign a new lease and 360 more per month if we don't sign a lease. But with every rental doing the same thing... what are we going to do?

Well, Weiner apartments are crooks. My daughter viewed there standard rental,secured it with a deposit for her and her young kids. Upon an actual visit to the rental unit,it was not ready, but still was unsuitable for her and kids. They refused to return her security deposit, I searched and found Weiner is all over north America. Bunch of crooks. Mya daughterVery disillusioned by their policies and tactics. Dont bother renting from them.

We had moved to Prince Albert a few years ago and after staying with family members for a while we were able to move out Into our own place.After prospecting Prince Albert for a new home we stumbled upon Weidner apartments That had a building beside the river. The apartment itself was a spacious one bedroom with an incredible view of the river, the rent was very affordable and for what we got for the price I am happy to leave a full 5 star review.The maintenance crew were very professional and handled defects in the apartment swiftly, the building itself was very quiet at almost any time of the day or night and we couldn’t have asked for better neighbours.If you are new to town and you are looking for a place to stay I would suggest visiting these guys first to save yourself the time.
