Etobicoke Dental Walk-In

Had an appointment in March with the hope of having an extraction the same day as one of my molars were troubling me. The dentist gave me 3 options and told me to think about and schedule another appointment once I made my decision. There was the outbreak of covid-19, so I put it off for sometime. Around the end of June the pain became unbearable and I couldn't get an appointment in time so I went to another clinic. This clinic has called me since to come in for a cleaning since I had my tooth removed. I thought why not give them another chance. So here I am today (end of August) - I showed up at 5:10pm for a 5:30pm appointment. It's now 6:00pm and I'm still waiting to be seen. I asked how long it would take as I have been waiting for quite some time. The person at the front desk went to check and hasnt said anything since. Lucky I canceled my husband's appointment as we would have both been irritable having to wait this long with two toddlers as well. I am really appalled by the service and will not come back or recommend it to anyone!

I was not sure what to expect, especially with the name Walk-In". My encounter with the receptionist was quite pleasant

It's a good clinic, there is no waiting, it is a clean and professional environment. Dr. Wamced Saied was very experienced in handling my two cavity tooth, nice and fast, very good and smooth job, her nurse is also very professional, and explained to me afterwards where was the problem, and how the doctor fixed it, overall I have a good experience, I will visit this place again for dental related situation.

This is a great dental clinic! The dentists and administrative staff are professional and friendly. They were all great with my kids and were very empathetic as well. They were also very reasonably priced! Would recommend 100%

Honestly this is one of the best walk-in dental experiences I have had to date. I arrived and was greeted with a warm welcome and a short wait time. I typically hate going to the dentist but when the dentist came in they were pleasant and helped put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this place if you are usually nervous about going to the dentist but are open to trying somewhere that goes above and beyond.

I have been a patient at this clinic for many years. The doctors and hygienists are wonderful, however they need to improve their customer service and Front desk. I cancelled an appointment due to illness today and the individual I was speaking to was very unprofessional and rude. She implied I was lying, saying she called to confirm my appointment the day before and I was fine but today I'm unwell. When I attempted to rebook in a few days she indicated how come I'm sick today but will be okay in a few days. I asked for her name so I could follow up with the manager or owner and she refused to provide it and said don't worry about my name but finally provided one ( Tenzin) which I think is fake since she has a middle eastern accent and was working Saturday morning. I was unable to rebook my appointment due to this interaction that escalated for no reason. Maybe just rebook your clients when they indicate they have respiratory symptoms instead of arguing with them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!I would highly recommend staying away from this practice. Firstly, the price which was quoted at the consultation was inflated when I arrived for the procedure without valid justification.Secondly, after having two wisdom teeth extracted the receptionist told us to leave the office because they have other clients"

I visited this dental clinic for my daughter. She needed her teeth cleaned. It was our first visit there and I had no idea about the paperwork and stuffs. The receptionist was very patient with me and helped me through the process. When it was time for cleaning, the hygienist was very patient and considerate with my daughter. My daughter who’s usually very inpatient and can’t stay still for long, was very cooperative with the hygienist. The hygienist did her job fantastically. She noticed some cavities and consulted with the doctor who was present there. He was very thorough with the informations. My overall experience at this clinic has been excellent and I have started going there since.

Wow! I was so overwhelmed by the whole treatment. I booked my appointment for cleaning my teeth through Tenzin , the receptionist who helped me a lot. And ended up with filling 2 teeth which I am fully satisfied. Dentist Assistant ( Choeyni) was so nice true through out my cleaning process . I really appreciate. Overall the whole team did great job and i am looking forward to visit again. .
