Ilan from Blaze Alarms was very professional and provided very personalized service. Even, there was a point during the installation when our next door neighbor raised concerned about camera installation and coverage of his property. Ilan handed the situation very well and blocked their property view by applying filters to block the camera wide coverage on our next door neighbor. Very responsive and his work was thorough and clean. After installing our external cameras, he helped set up our camera security system mobile apps and patiently showed us how to work it. He is very responsive, detailed, patient and professional in his services. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone and look at his quality of work.

Ilan from Blaze Alarms came to our home and the first thing he did was advise us exactly where we should place our security cameras. Once that was agreed upon he went to work to install everything. The installation is superb, there are no visible ugly wires, everything is hidden. Ilan’s attention to detail is faultless, he spent the entire day at our home and made sure that everything was working 100% and that we were entirely comfortable with the system before he left. The four high definition cameras are excellent during the day and at night. If anything needs to be recorded we are able to go back in time, record an event and put it on a flash drive which enables us to provide a third party, such as Police, with video surveillance footage. All in all we are extremely pleased with the system, the workmanship and the knowledge that Ilan is available for advice and maintenance if required. A very satisfied customer.
