Not very attentive towards their customers.Also, requested “Happy Birthday” message on cake. Looked like a 6 year old had chicken scratched on top of the cake. I could have done better

This is the worst peanut buster icecream I have ever had! It barely had any hot fudge, when I asked for more I was charged extra and the lady was rude!

I'm at location while making this review. A group of 5 people have been standing at the counter, making single item orders to redeem coupons, asking for a staff discount to be applied to their order and then the next member of their party places another order while the cashier ignores the rest of the customers.These 5 customers were able to make multiple orders, each, before i was served. They did this for awhile before I cut in front of the party to place my order. I watched other customers walk out without ordering. I've been here for 20 minutes, have yet to receive my food and this group of 5 is still ordering. I definitely won't be coming back.UPDATE: I got home and all 4 beef patties on my 2 double cheese burgers were undercooked. If you value your health and have any self respect, you should avoid dining in this establishment.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at Capilano DQ, gave it another try, regrettably. This Dairy Queen is extremely slow. I ordered 1 small ice cream I think I waited 10 minutes!! That doesn’t count the time I waited for people in front of me! I’ve never been to a “fast food” place that makes you wait 15+ minutes for an ice cream. Also pricing is off it’s about $1.50-$2.00 more here than any other DQ close by. Will continue to boycott this spot and drive further for better service.

Horrible wait time for just two blizzards. And when I finally got them they were done horribly, the blizzard is already melting 20 seconds after pulling out of the drive through. Worst DQ location I've been to in the city, if you value actual good desserts go to another location.

Went through the drive thru and for about 10 mins, the little speaker kept saying right away. I finally ordered and they forgot the gravy.I backed up and some lady, without a word, tosses me the gravy.

My husband wanted to order a pineapple blizzard and the guy taking our order flat out refused to make it because it wasn't on the menu. We have been to many other DQs and never had an issue with this order. The guy rudely suggested that we go to another DQ and was not interested in our business. We left without any purchase. I will not ever attempt to go there again. Terrible service.

We had a terrible experience at this location today. One of the worst DQ in the world. Not only did we wait 30 mins to get our food but the employee used his mouth to separate the glass. I initially assumed that he would throw away the cup because we had made eye contact when he did it but he continued to make the blizzard. Unsanitary and terrible service. Will never come back.

The soft serve ice cream DQ is known for doesn’t exist in this location. I think something is wrong with there machine.Staff need more training. My order had three different totals when I started to question this.

While ordering takeout through the drive through I witnessed what seemed to be the manager, Berate and yell at the lovely man working the window. She was very rude to him and made him very nervous, absolutely awful and disturbing to watch him work under those conditions. It was not a very good look for the store and I hope he is treated better.
