People on counter at Toronto Pearson Airport, Terminal 3 were interesting. One lady took 3 minutes to just take off her jacket, then she was just “chilling” even though there were more than 25 people who had queued up for check in.The Airhostess and flight stewards were mostly acting like drill sergeants. Courtesy was not part of their training I believe. One specifically was floating across the flight with a kerchief on his neck and was acting as if he owns everyone on the flight and their generations to come.Do better Flair, you’re truly cheap.
