this is my worst experience ever! I brought my 4 year old son for a march break. Firstly, in a small room there are 40 children of different ages, where, apart from the gym, there is no more entertainment for young children!secondly, on the 3rd day they called me and said that my 4 year old child hit his head and he had a huge bruise on his head. I didn't pay much attention to it because it happens. the next day they called me again and said that my child hit his head again on the other side !!!!! to my questions, how it happened, no one knew the answer.on the third day, when my ex-husband was picking up the child, he was not even asked to provide an id, the child cried and said that he was again hit with the ball on the head! a day later my child started vomiting and if I confirm he has a concussion, your school will be responsible for such an irresponsible attitude !!!!

My 3 year old daughter really enjoyed their sports program. She loved the soccer classes specifically. The coaches are really patient and good with younger kids.

Celebrated our son’s soccer themed birthday at dash sports and the kids had a blast! The staff was super helpful and the place was very private with only one party being hosted at a time unlike other crowded venues where everything feels too chaotic. Highly recommend the place!

We absolutely love Dash sports. My 2.5 year old son have excellent coaches. The coaches and classes are awesome and the coaches give all their efforts in making the kids have fun and learn!What a great way to spend our Saturday mornings

We absolutely love Dash sports KIK soccer. My 3 year old son and 5 year old daughter have amazing coaches who are super patient and fun. What a great way to spend our Saturday mornings!

Booked my sons birthday party 6 weeks in advance right after the holidays and then found out about a hockey tournament for the same weekend which means we (and all his friends that would have been invited) were unavailable. Even with plenty of notice, they kept my deposit. Absolutely refused to return my deposit. So I paid $100 to them for a party I never had. This would have been my sons first party with friends due to pandemic. In this economy it’s tight for parents as it is and this rigid and uncompromising policy is ridiculous. They were slow to respond and I requested a call from the owner and they didn’t call to hear me out. All about the money - like other reviewers have said. Would NOT recommend.

Birthday Party experience:From the minute I enquired about a birthday party to the minute the party finished, it was total chaos and super unorganized! There was nothing that was provided in terms of party details etc.I paid the deposit and then paid the balance the day before, I tried to call and email as I had some questions. I heard nothing from anyone.On the day of the party, I called 10-15 times to see if everything was ok for the party. I heard nothing. I showed up at 1235pm to set up for our 1pm party. Nobody showed up until 1257pm. I was panicking as all the kids for the party were waiting outside and we heard nothing. Finally when they showed up they walked up opened the door and completely ignored us. No apology nothing. They stayed in the office the entire time.There was no help from any staff, no set up time and no communication. During the party, the teenagers that were helping the kids were so rude and did not keep the kids engaged at all.The party was done and the next party had arrived. Noone was there to help with clean up and the next party started to panic.My kid had a decent time so it was ok. But other than that it's absolutely chaos... Will never do a party here and would not reccomend it.

My boys love coming here, they have so much fun playing sports. The staff is very friendly and always helpful

I’ve used the facility through my Average Joes sports league and it does the job perfectly. As soon as you step in the door there are tables (assuming this is where birthday parties happen) then the gym is in the back. Although our equipment is brought or supplied, there is a large storage room at the back of the gym filled with anything needed. There is not much of a difference between Dash Sports and a public school gym so the location is perfect for usThe only thing of note is that it was a little bit tricky to find the first time but there is always tons of parking around!
