Very professional. When Jamie said he was coming for a quote he showed up like promised. When time for installation, the guys were polite, professional and answered any questions regarding the heat pump. Very tidy installation and they even vacuumed up some dust from drilling. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend.

Booked an appointment for heat pump and HRV cleaning a few weeks before the holiday, we understand everyone is busy and took an appointment for today Jan 3rd at 4pm.After leaving work early to make sure the area was clear for them to work and I would be home in time for the appointment, no one showed up!I called at 4:30pm they said “Oh, the guy that must have been the one looking after it is off sick today” no apology for not calling to reschedule and wasting our time, then they expect us to rebook and wait another 2 weeks due to their mix up!Terrible way to handle customer relationships and run a business, if someone’s sick that happens, call your customer to explain that and ask to reschedule don’t just leave them hanging and then push them off!!!

Excellent company to deal with Had to call them to fix mistake made by another company. Eventually they replaced our Heat pump and helped us out so much. Great company to deal with can't say enough good things about them
