I have been making purchases at your Kemptville store for a few years now and I am extremely pleased with the services received. In turn I often recommend your store to others.My most recent purchase is a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. Your employee Tanner assisted me in the purchase and most recently, today, again assisted me with some set up issues that I had. i bought a business software package that could not be installed. the staff resented my calling, it was almost as if they believed i bought the software so i could call the next day and annoy them. i was disconnected while trying to transfer to the next person who could not help me. i phoned back and all the lines are busy. I regret buying the software from Staples as the unexpected problem annoyed them and apparently they thought i should solve the problem as it was not their problem. i could not even get an address or phone for intuit the software manufacturer. I would rate the service as the worst i have experienced from any company in decades. use this store at your own risk.

Truly professional “Print And Marketing Services” staff. Extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. We have never been to any similar stores that provide such services. There’s a $3 service charge but I’ll pay more for such good service. The staff Alex and Emma are the best.

The store is good, for what it is. It basically has all your business needs and they have a convenient printing service. There is also a machine that spits out 4×6 photos. For any printing options not in store you can find online and pick up at the store. The staff hasn't been the most knowledgeable in my experiences, but they are pleasant. It seems like everyone has their own specialty, so hopefully the person you need isn't on break.

A young lad named Tanner helped me with a problem I had on my iPhone. It took quite a while to work through it. Not once did he make me feel rushed - he was very calm and patient with this 70 year old gal. Thank you, Tanner, and compliments to the Kemptville store for having such an amazing employee.

Afraid I cannot share the good reviews. Had our laptop repaired at this location but unfortunately the problem persisted. Was told that their warranty is only 30 days. When I returned after 43 days from original date, which of course includes days store was closed over the holiday period, Carlos would not guarantee that additional charges would not be incurred and asked me to leave. I did and bought a new laptop from another supplier and will purchase all other office supplies elsewhere going forward.
