I attended Coach Cathy (Catherine Opondo)'s 10 week long Trauma Release Life Coaching program and that was such an eye opening moment to recognize and validate my own trauma narrative running deep in my subconscious mind despite years of therapy and other life coaching work that i had made before her coaching program and healing circle that i participated. The renewal of my perspectives on human trauma in step by step empowerment work that she led me along with other participant has been real gem for me to tap into the massive potentials, the treasures hidden under the trauma narratives looped in my mind! What a finding that was to regain the real deal of my own struggles and battles in this human life!
