Dr Tam is a very caring and friendly doctor. He cares about the well being of his patients. His staffs at the front is very friendly. They greet people hello and good byes with a smile. The pharmacy inside the clinic is very convenient and the pharmacist is also considerate. They will price match with Costco if you don’t have insurance. I live in Scarborough and my old family dr used to be 5 minutes away from my house. My daughter and I don’t regret switching to Dr Tam as our family doctor.

Amy Lau is the worst doctor ever. Actually she wasn’t half bad. She needs to educate her patients much better. Her staff on the other hand are extremely rude and don’t even have an ounce of professionality in them. They called me to give me test results in the most rudest manner then told me they are setting up an appointment for few months down the road and they won’t even call me to remind me of the appointment. They called without even asking if it was a good time to speak they just told me my results are negative without any education or explanation. If I was the doctors at this office I would fire their support staff and find new people that will properly represent their practise. Her staff were rude from the first the get go and never once made me feel reaaaured they are looking out of beat interests.

Dr. Cheung is very caring, attention to detail and always follow up efficiently. However the clinic staff can’t apply the same. The reception staff is rude, impatient and blunt. It’s ashamed to the clinic. As the reception is the first contact point, they represent the clinic. I hope this situation would be taken delicately. Otherwise I would highly recommend this clinic!

Dr Lau is fantastic. Very open and receptive to your comments and explores all possibilities. Very easy to communicate and work with.

Dr. Arnold Cheung is patient and thorough with his examinations. He listens attentively and provides good quality care.

Dr. Alvin Tam has been our family doctor for more than 5 years. You can feel that he cares about his patients from heart. He remembers our names and histores, asked about our families and life everytime when we visit. He is always patient and spends time with us, making sure that all of our concerns are addressed; never rushed to the next appointment. I opted to have him as the family doctor for my son instead of having a pediatrician as soon as I know that I am pregnant.Having pharmacy right inside the clinic is super conivient too, not to mention the same level of friendly and quick services. They take insurance and sometime even voluntarily waived the remaning fees when the amount is insignificant.Other clinc staffs are also very nice and friendly, always greeting with smile. They are willing to accomodate for emergency situations when needed. Appointment time are respected here and I never had to wait for a long time.

The website says the clinic is open for waitlist positions but when we called the clinic politely asking for the waitlist status the staff there was very impatient and kept saying 'we are not giving any more waitlist positions' and can't wait to hang up the phone on their end...

Dr Tam is very caring and patient doctor that really knows his stuff. My parents are extremely happy that he accepted them as patients.

Dr. Pamela Lau is a good doctor. Every time I go to her she listens and is very patient. She offers very sound advice and is very accommodating. The staff there are also very kind. I’ve also never had to wait very long for my appointment. Most times I show up and just go in. I’m really happy with her being my doctor :)
