I'm biased, but I wouldn't go with any other builder!

The building was very nice but the entire application process was insulting. I drove up from Edmonton to view a place as they would not let me apply before, everything looked great we chose a unit filled out an application and asked them to call or email with any further questions. We have great income and great credit but we heard nothing back. Once I finally reached out they basically just said we don't have time to call all rejected applications but reality is they forgot about us or lost the application because there was absolutely no reason we weren't approved and we were approved for even higher rent later on. I am sad because the building looked great and we really wanted this place but grateful to not have such disorganized landlord company.

Great design. This is downsizing at its best. Loved the D corner units. Great location to get out of town quickly and easily accessible to the airport for flights out of the snow.
