ASM PEST CONTROL

I had something biting me and I wasn't sure what it was. I asked the owner Zafir if he could just take a look for me as my landlord wouldn't approve the full bed bug treatment without proof. Zafir was super friendly and non judgemental and so helpful. It ended up just being an annoying flee of some kind. I didn't use his service because my landlord wanted to do it himself, but if I was the home owner I would have had Zafir do it.Despite only charging me for an inspection, he was so nice and checked back with me to see how things were a couple days later. He even offered if I saw anything, he would come back for 10 minutes to give me advice free of charge which I thought was going above and beyond.

ASM is the best pest control out there. Zafar provided the most spectacular service that I’ve ever received. He was amazing and was on time, professional, thorough, efficient and informative on the situation. He dealt with my ant issue with the utmost care, and the ants haven’t returned. We realized that we had a wasp nest in or near the house when we noticed several flying around and dead bodies scattered on windowsills. After a few days we discovered the entrance to their nest when we saw them entering and leaving from under the shingles just outside a second-floor window. In other words, a nest was clearly deep inside one of the exterior walls, and from the number of wasps, it was likely fairly large – which was pretty worrisome. I called ASM Pest Control in the late afternoon, fully expecting someone to come in a few days or weeks. I was surprised when they said they’d be arriving in a couple of hours. When they looked at the problem, they carefully explained the steps they would take, the treatments they would be applying and what we were to expect over the next week. I was impressed at how thoroughly they described the problem to me, from best to worst case scenarios. They gave me a can of spray to apply daily for the next week as a precautionary measure. Over the next few days, we found more and more dead wasps until, a week later, the wasps have disappeared. I recommend ASM Pest Control very strongly for their prompt response and efficient handling of our wasp problem.

ASM pest control provided amazing support. We had an issue with bed bugs but they were able to come in and quickly address the problem. They solved the problem while supplying me with a lot of information on precautionary measures I can take in the the future.

So I am petrified of rodents and found a very large dead rat outside our property. It was Friday night at 8 pm and I didn't know who to call. I tried four to five different places and no one was available after hours. ASM and Zafar helped me out and came over at 8:30 pm. He helped remove the animal and set up bait stations around my yard and under my deck and shed area. Very fast, efficient and amazing service. Would highly recommend.
