You will be hard pressed to find better customer service than from Jamie Baptiste at the Glace Bay store. He is never finished with you once you've completed your purchase. He will follow up with you on any of your complaints or questions. Highly recommend this store because of the follow up service they provide!!!

I bought a stove here in December and paid for it up front not only did I wait three weeks for it to get delivered the oven door had an issue which the salesman came out and fixed now my oven door just fell apart it wasn't put together properly and again they sent a repairman to fix it he had to order a part that was last week he told me it would be a few days you can't call and leave voicemails conveniently mailbox is full I am ready to take this piece of junk and drop it off in the middle of the store with the Cape Breton post with me I would never ever spend a dime in this store again horrible horrible I'm trying to be patient and wait for them to fix it but they don't care so now I don't care

Had a broken washer under warranty..sent reps to fix it Cordell browns..advised 3-5 days for parts ..days passed no call ...when asked what was going on referred to rose in service ..she contacted parts ...they have no clue when parts were going to be available..complained that this wasn't right ..offered loaner ..waited days on end..then company refused to deliver due to rain ...when asked if we could pickup the washer also refused ...would not make any accommodations...told possibly next week to deliver loaner..horrible customer service
