Great experience! I was able to get a same day appt for ultrasound and x-ray. When I called they didn’t have one but put me on a cancelation list and called me when someone cancelled. Everyone was super friendly and amazing - the receptionist, the ultrasound technician and the x-ray technician! Thank you for a great service!

Came here after my doctor's appointment for some imaging and they were able to accommodate me in for an appointment later in the day. The technicians are very thorough and the wait times aren't long. I also needed bloodwork done but the clinic next door decided to close early, having no battery left in my phone the ladies at reception helped me find another clinic to get bloodwork and even called to check their availability. They went above and beyond and I'm so grateful for their help.

Annex Medical Imaging is clean, dedicated and organized. I've been here many times and have utmost pleasant experience with them. They've been very accommodating even when I came without an appointment. The MDs and RNs are helpful and gentle. They're also conveniently located on the same floor with Lifelabs so very convenient if you want to complete blood work and Imaging services in the same morning/ afternoon. Would totally recommend this place to everyone.

Excellent X-ray technician - Shabna was very knowledgeable, warm, kind and compassionate. 5 stars also to the always friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very pleasant experience, which are sadly rarer to come by these days. Thank you to all.

Excellent service!! I was there for x-ray. They can do it within 30 mins. I didn’t have to wait long. The technician is great. She is very good at her job!

Kept us waiting for a significant period beyond her appointment time, forcing us to leave without actually receiving the care we came for. Absolutely terrible service and a business which should have its license revoked immediately.

A good place for quick x-rays. I was in and out in only 10 minutes or so. The front desk staff and x-ray technician were friendly and helpful, highly recommend for quick x-rays.

X-ray? No problem, you'll be in and out in 10 minutes. Ultrasound? Unpredictable. Prepare to wait over an hour even if you have an appointment. I was 15 minutes early and still had to wait over an hour. It seems like they double booked and/or a technician was absent. The staff call you the day before to confirm your appointment but your time still ends up being disrespected. The staff are friendly but patient's time needs to be better managed. It's unfair that two patients are booked for the same time and one has to wait an extra hour because of a clerical error or short staffed.

The technician was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Very polite staff at the front desk. Overall a calm environment considering how busy they were. Would definitely come here again
