Park Inn by Radisson Brampton, ON

This was the trashiest hotel I have ever stayed at, quite literally. The hotel's elevator was broken, which they didn't tell us. We stood there with our heavy luggage waiting and some other guest told us the elevator was broke. Was there a luggage person to help us since the elevator was broken? No, we had to find the stairs and carry our luggage all the way up to our floor on our own. While doing so smelling the awful smell of pot all the way up. The hall was full of trash bags throughout the hall. Then we get to our room to find our tub plug didn't work. So they had to fix it. When we went out for dinner, trash still in the halls, we found another set of stairs. These set of stairs were no better, they smelt even worse! When we got to the bottom we discovered this where they store their garbage bins. Throughout the night, someone kept slamming doors. The worst sleep ever. The next morning at their free breakfast, was no better. Get what you pay for I guess. There was no milk for the coffee or the cereal, I had to ask for some. There was no juices or water. Just some bread and bagels with no knife to cut or butter your toast or bagel. No jams. Gross looking eggs and sausages. I went to Tims. I wouldn’t ever go back or recommend going to this place.

After my two days and one night stay with the Park Inn by Radisson, Hardip Singh stood out from the rest of his team, and I would like to recognize the professionalism, warmth, and understanding shown by him. From the very beginning, Hardip was incredibly kind and welcoming; he smiled every time I saw him, and he remained calm and pleasant to talk to. Before heading out on my second day, I had posed some concerns related to my room, which included a few missing toiletries. Hardip took my concern seriously and assured me that everything would be taken care of promptly. Within 30 minutes of me leaving the hotel, Hardip personally called me to let me know that my room was ready, and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I was taken aback because I know he had gone above and beyond for my comfort and peace of mind. As I find myself needing to travel and stay in hotels quit often, I have the chance to interact with staff as well, and can attest to the fact that Hardip is a cut above the rest. I hope this review finds him well, and that whatever management is in charge of his employment finds this review and gives him the recognition he has earned.

The perfect home away from home.From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by polite and helpful staff that made us feel so welcomed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the location of the hotel was perfect for commuting downtown (so close to the highway). I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Brand new Hotel with used furniture in the rooms.Clean but showing signs of wear.The price is right however good deal given the current market.

This is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious. Very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, ready to help in everything. Very comfortable. Great location.

It was a worst experience we had there. We visited there 6months ago and last year too and we just check in there! The hotel was good but the house keeping staff was worstttt. Especially that poor short heighted aunty. She was sooo irritating. First, she was soo loud on phone in the morning and she was illiterate also that she doesn’t even trying to understand simple english to “slow her pitch” which she was talking in her language. Second, she was so greedy that she was waiting for the customers to eagerly check out from all the rooms that she was just rushing to every room for the “tips (money)”. Third, the person put DND so that nobody could disturb in that vacation period. But that lady’s phone calls were so important that she forgot that guest’s sleep does matter too. Fourth, may be she had a dispute with the colleague lady that day. After so much on phone, she went on harsh arguments with the colleague lady. She knows that we guys are observing and we visited here every year but she kept on doing whatever she does every year.I don’t understand why these hotels take such mannerless people in staff who nor even understand english, neither they bother that someone mental peace also matters.Lastly, that lady when asked for a help she simply always ignored, and, thats such an unwelcoming behaviour she holds!I request the authorities to change their staff otherwise it very halucinative for the guests who visit there every year. A beautiful hotel staff very friendly. I had pleasant stay here. Had a problem with tv, reported it, was fixed within 10 minutes. Great service by Regina. Will be going back.
