Chris was professional and pleasant from the second he stepped on our front door. He was able to remove years of “kids and pets” stains from our carpets and even tackled a bike grease stain we didn’t think would come out. My initial contact was with Chris who answered all my questions over the phone even answering a text message on a Sunday.Chris and Dave showed up on time and both were very friendly and professional.WE really liked the fact that the rugs dried so quickly using the Chem Dry Method.They completed the job in a very timely manner and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a great job well done.Jim and Carol McCullough

Contacted them for an urgent clean for an upcoming home for sale. Was advised that they had multiple spots available this week, so I turned down my other 2 quotes. Messaged them twice per day to try and book, and got no responses. FINALLY they respond and advise that they now cannot service until next week, and am provided some excuse about trucks. Cannot get my other 2 companies in now either. Don't appreciate getting screwed over because you don't respond to messages quickly.

Provided good availability to me when I had a tight deadline. They then stopped replying after I had formally chosen them and had cancelled my other options. Finally told at the end of the week that they couldn't come. Given some excuse that was irrelevant by the time they told me. Waste of my time and energy, and was forced to do the work myself. Avoid this company at all lengths
