One of the biggest flower shops and sellers of tropical plants in the Okanagan. Owner and staffs are so friendly and welcoming. Very reasonably priced items and their floral arrangement are beautiful!

Vernon flowers created my wedding bouquet and I was so happy. I didn't see any wedding flowers on their website, so before asking I wasn't sure if they even did them. They created a custom bouquet for me and I absolutely loved it! They had great communication and created just what I was looking for. Thank so much!

Incredible service, extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They have a deal on Tuesday afternoons where you get flowers half price and the staff are really good at helping you pick and arrange flowers. I will never go anywhere else for flowers if I can help it

As a first time customer I was super pleased with the fantastic service. As soon as I entered I was helped. I needed a super simple flower for a my last day at work and the lady at the counter pretty much read my mind. The flower had so much pop and awesomeness. Great central location. I highly recommend and I will be back. :)

Living out of province it's always tough which store to choose to send flowers to loved ones, PICK Vernon Flower Shop!!! They over delivered this Christmas with a beautiful arrangement, delivered when they said it would be delivered at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! the photo of the arrangement was even nicer than the website. Thank you Vernon Flower Shop.

Vivienne was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was extremely helpful and polite when I called to make adjustments. She then even called me back after and suggested a different colour of rose since the colour I had chose wasn’t in the greatest shape even though I’m in Alberts and she’ll likely never hear from me again. One of the best experiences I have had shopping anywhere. Thanks so much vivienne!

The Vernon Flower Shop is by far the best flower shop! They provide excellent customer service along with extremely, amazing, beautiful flower arrangements. I live all the way in Calgary and it makes me so happy to know that when I call for a flower arrangement, they go above and beyond with making it look absolutely incredible and so elegant. Knowing I can’t be there in person to deliver these flowers to my Mom, they take extra care in making the arrangements perfect and delivering for me. Thank you a million times over again to the owner and staff at the Vernon Flower Shop you are all so wonderful.
