Worked with them in the past. They were absolutely horrible, rarely replied, and took forever to do the smallest requests. When we did get a hold of them, it was told it would cost us large sums of money. These weren't particularly complex tasks, and they didn't provide enough access to allow us to do it ourselves. When I requested access to be able to do things myself, it took 3 months to get just CSS access to our own website. It was highly frustrating to work with them, and I caution future clients to consider the long term costs, rather than the short term ones.

Aucun problème avec le service technique, mais si on veut rejoindre la comptabilité ou les ventes, alors là... On doit rappeler et rappeler et rappeler. J'attends une réponse depuis plus d'un mois et je ne l'ai pas encore eu.

Je suis TI pour plusieurs clients de K-eCommerce. Le support technique est vraiment n'importe quoi. Je dois toujours parler par personne interposée avec le support technique. Pas moyen de parler directement au support pour régler nos problèmes. Alors pour des problématiques qui devraient prendre 2 minutes à régler, ceux-ci prennent des jours, parfois des semaines à aboutir et les retours sont vraiment trop longs. Alors pour les TI qui ont besoin de support d'égal à égal rapidement, prennez votre mal en patience car c'est tout sauf performant. C'est vraiment une méthode de support déficiente et inefficace.
