John and his colleague were very prompt and professional.They replaced a very old cast iron stack that went from the basement to the second floor. It only took them half a day!! We will definitely be using them again.

John has been wonderful and a life saver for our brand new bathroom. From installing plumbing to our sink and brand new bathtub. He was available quickly arrived on time and was beyond reliable. When we thought our shower was leaking he squeezed us in last minute to take a look (turns out it was user error lol). High recommend John and his company for any of your plumbing needs.

We called in the morning and told John that our old outdoor tap needed to be replaced & he was here within a few hours and had the job completed very quickly. I hope we don't need a plumber too often but if we do, John Isbister will be our first choice from now on.

John was absolutely amazing. He came out immediately at 7PM at night. He very patiently explained worse case scenarios and best case scenarios re: old leaking pipes. He fixed issue on the spot. He was very kind and considerate. I highly recommend.

Had some work done for us. I personally believe they charged us way too much for the job. We would have appreciated giving us room to negotiate a reasonable price. We did have plans to use them for other major plumbing jobs for other projects, however rethinking this option now.The actually job they did is good so far, hoping there is no issues in the future and for the amount of money we paid, hoping they provide a warranty on their work!!

John was amazing. I had a very bad clog and he was tireless until it was fixed. Also advised me on upkeep and how to make sure it doesn't happen again. I've used other plumbers and attempted to fix by renting equipment. Never again! Go with John and team.

I had a laundry room plumbing issue - John was great - friendly, fair and did a great job - called him around 8PM on a Friday and he was in Saturday morning at 11AM! If you're nervous about plumbing, I'd highly recommend him. Will call him again if I have any other issues.

John did a terrific job uninstalling my old dishwasher, installing my new dishwasher & replacing my outside tap! He is a true professional! Very affordable! Great customer service! I highly recommend U NEED A PLUMBER!

Chris Fraser was wonderful during the in home visit!! I highly recommend asking for him. He is extremely patient and waited over 5 minutes outside my home while I settled my dogs and then was super professional while coming into the home! He wore a mask and removed his shoes upon entering!5 stars by far! I will be using these guys again!!

Reschedule appointment 3 days in a row. Don’t understand how can you say you are running late for 8-11 am appointment and keep rescheduling throughout the day and next day then day after. Finally cancel the appointment as I can’t sit around whole day to wait for this people.
