Anderson & Ross Limited

Booked an appt ahead of time and took time off work to be there and nobody showed up at the appt time. Called them 30min later and they said they would not come today as they had a truck to unload, no call to cancel or reschedule. Much better service from their competitor.

We have used Anderson & Ross twice now over the last two years. Both times the office staff we very helpful with information and booking of service.First issue was with our cargo trailer with the spring breaking to help with opening closing. They had us booked in the next morning first thing and it was completed as we waited. 3 or 4 guys had us back at work within the hour.Our second time using them was yesterday. I called about a steel man door and they referred me to another company in town because they only deal with garage doors. I called the company that they referred me to but they couldn’t fix our man door right away so we needed a door lock installed on our garage door. I called to inquire about pricing and timing for install. Had a price right away and they would call me back with an install time later once they checked schedule. Had a call back within 10 minutes and they were at the warehouse within 30 minutes and work completed with 60 minutes.Now that is service!!!!Thank you for the great service and great price.I will refer them if anyone needs garage door work.

Absolutely pleased we stopped into the North Bay location. Recommended to my Godmother, who’s 84, at lunch today…we stopped in explained our plight and the service guys (ask for Jamie, what a beautiful person) were at the cottage 3 min behind us. Jamie got our door back online as promised, & kept Kaarina content on ‘the plan’ for new garage doors. Excellent experience so far.

The contractor who built our garage had contracted with Regal Doors to install the garage doors and the motor to open them. We had bought the motors at Canadian Tire and both ended up being defective, they needed to be replaced. Regal Doors were slow to respond to our call for help and slow with their follow through, so we reached out to Anderson & Ross. They returned the call immediately upon opening the next day and within an hour and a half they had a technician here. He quickly and professionally replaced the motors with better units and took the time to walk my mom through the keypad and functions. I was impressed with their customer service and timely response.

Garage would not close or fully open, was stuck 3/4 way down. Phoned at 1:30 PM and the girl said someone would be by before close of business. A tech showed up within an hour , diagnosed my problem (broken spring and hinge). returned to the shop for new parts. returned and repaired within the hour and finished by 4 PM. Good price and excellent response.

Had a very present experience with this company from the moment I called with my problem. My garage door would not close. When called they said they would get some one out as soon as they could, I explained that my garage led into my house. They had someone here with in 15 minutes. I had to call back 2 more times but that was no problem. They just kept sending someone out. I thank them and would suggest that if you need anything to do with your garage to give them a call.

Do not deal with this company! Absolutely terrible experience, especially with one of the ladies that work the front desk. Very rude! Do better!

Horrible experience talking to the person on the phone today. Almost as if she couldn't be bothered helping me. I'll call Regal instead and assume I'll get better service.

I had a garage door jam with the door open/ I called just before closing and the attendant Emily immediately called a crew to come over to my house as she didn't want the door left open as a potential safety issue. The crew arrived shortly after and made everything safe for the next. morning repair. The crew was very helpful and extremely skilled. The door was repaired the next morning and the bill was very reasonable. A great experience !

Our garage door broke yesterday. I sent Anderson & Ross Limited a message, got a response first thing this morning and my garage door was repaired by 4pm this afternoon. I'm very impressed with the quick and efficient service!! Thank you!!
