Locked my keys in my truck - called these guys and they said within 15 minutes. Driver was there in less than 10, into the truck in under 30 seconds and was very professional. 10/10 service

I hired them on June 17th 2021 to move a 20 foot seacan that has been trapped in the rear.of my yardsince November 2020. They not only got it moved but got it placed on the 8x8 beams in my yard where I wanted.it to go. The 2 guys did amazing work on this difficult move. They also towed for me before. I would not hesitate to recommend Anytime Towing for any job. Thanks Mike & friend for great work.

Take pictures of your vehicle before they touch it, they put a nasty gouge on our van, and are claiming it was already there before they towed it.The owner, of course, is just accepting the word of the driver rather than taking responsibility, because saving the money that they'd have to pay for repairs is more important to them than customer service.

Crooked service!! Charged 510$ just to use the wench and pull us out of a ditch so we were able to drive home, DO NOT recommend this terrible service at all!

Don’t pay their drivers enough, for the bs they put up with more give them time off without a headache, one truck outta 3 safe for the road , better off calling another company

My wife's car would not start when she was at our son's school. They arrived within 15 minutes of the call and towed to our mechanic. Very courteous.

My family and I had our car break down on the highway on our way back home from vacation. A trooper pulled over behind us and offered to call a tow for us. About an hour later, Anytime Towing showed up and told us that it would be almost $600 for the 20-minute tow to the Peace Bridge border crossing. When I questioned why it was so much, he said Well

The whole experience was great, the driver was very pleasant and friendly, under the circumstances. He handled everything in a professional way, I would use Anytime Towing, Anytime. Their the only one's that I will use, and recommend, when help is needed. Thanks Keith

Last week my car broke down in Fort Erie and I needed a tow back to Welland as my power steering line was leaking badly and I didn't want to chance taking g out the pump as well. My friend called CAA as we knew it would cover at least part of the tow. CAAi formed us that it would be an extra $3 klm past the covered 10klm. That left 22klm at $3 klm that I had to cover. When the driver arrived and loaded up my car it was then he showed me a text from the boss stating it was going to be $97 if I paid cash or over $115 if I used credit or debit. Never in all the years I have been driving and needed the odd tow was I never I formed of the price before my car was loaded. If I had know the huge increase I price I would of limped my car over to the race track where it could be safely parked for the night u til parts where bought to fix it the next day.I had zero choice but to continue with the service as the driver was not going to unload my caruntil payment was made, despite the fact CAA was covering g part of the tow so they wouldn't be out the basic service charge. I had to scramble ot get the rest of the money together as I only had enough if it was the rate CAA I formed us. Not to mention that I gave a sever form of PTSD had been pushing my limits all days in crowds, and was having mini panic attacks so I needed to get home.As for the driver he kept nudging my shoulder in what would normally be a friendly gesture to.most but for me is trigger. My daughter told him after the first time to please not do it and why. He proceeded to still do it twice before he left with my car and then when he arrived out my home. Even going around my service dog who was blocking him from getting close. Thankfully I was able.to get inside quickly after my dog alerted to a massive attack which would leave me in a sezuire type state. He should not of had to be told after he was informed the first time not to do it due to my disability. As we was informed and didn't comply with that simple and reasonable request he also violated the AODA act as well as Human Rights Act.Stay far away from.this company. They seem.to run a scam on top of being.g disrespectful to those with a disability.
