I've sold scrap metal here a few times. A couple of the yard hands are about the only positive things I could list here. Other than that - 18 hour delayed e-transfer ; price quotes that aren't immediately honored; very belligerent attitude of the owner towards the customer and uses a language barrier/deafness as a defense when called out on his comments. After looking at previous reviews here and experiencing the bad attitude on display I have no doubt there are investigations into this dump. Stay clear.Review disappeared recently as I had posted this 1.5 years ago.

Very professional, best prices for your scrap metal and outstanding customer service! Highly recommended, I have been using these guys for over a year now and they have been nothing but fair! To the point of even giving me a Christmas gift this year.

I usually don't bring my scrap to this particular yard but since I was short on time I came and checked out global resource and was absolutely appaled by the way they handled my business.I brought my number #1 and #2 copper in separated so it could easily be weighed and recycled and they intentionally disregarded my organized scrap and catorgatorise all my copper as number #2I would have expected better customer service or an explanation as to why they may have felt all my copper was number 2 but regardless the guys working didn't speak much to me and I even overheard them shouting different weights for all the copper i had just brought it funny thing is i had pre weighed my copper which they scaled in as 10lb less.i recommend Acme scrap iron and metal yard over global resource. I bring 109 lbs to Acme and get paid 580$ compared to the 83lb 300$ . Very disappointed

We arrived right at closing. The staff were accommodating, weighed our metal and my husband exchanged small talk with them briefly. They gave us a printout of the exchange, and we were told to take it across the yard to a trailer where it was announced we would be paid by etransfer, although there was no mention of it before. After being assured it had been sent, we waited over an hour outside the yard. It didn't come. Still hasn't, 4 hrs later. We spoke to the person who took our info before leaving. He calmly told us that etransfers after 4pm often were delayed an hour or more, but it would arrive. In my experience delays like this don't happen very often any more, when they do it means trouble, either simple miscommunication or outright theft. I wish I had read their reviews before using the service. We depend on that money just to make ends meet and now we have to drive all the way back there to try to collect. I would have waited til Monday had I foreseen this. $180 that would have been $240 or $260 in our hand anywhere else. $180 that we never got.

They picked up 1.5 trucks for me! Gave me cash on the spot and hauled both away in a nice timely manner. Highly recommend. Definitely will use in the future. As I am located out of town everyone else said they won’t do it. These guys did on a long weekend to top it all off.

If you are new to metal trade they will guide and teach you, despite their share volume they still pay personal attention to all customers , they are honest and very respectful to senior citizens, will never hesitate to recommend any one to their services.

To anyone with any hesitation on his prices and customer service i gotta say Keram has my respect with his establishment. committing and staying true to his word, hes got my respect.
