Hands down the best place around to get tires and rims. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and most of all speak and act with integrity. The products and selection are great but their customer service is what sets them apart. I am never disappointed dealing with them. First off, I typically don't write reviews unless I interpret an experience as exceptional. Today was one of those experiences. I had made a purchase from the Mapleview Tire team in the Spring. All was good - 5 new mud tires/rims...happy with the product, happy with their install. I recently changed over to winters on my Jeep. I did it myself like I have done on several occasions, but this time something was wrong. The wobble and shake was brutal. Since Eric and the team put the winters on my old rims, I went in with the theory that they hadn't balanced them correctly based on my understanding of wheel weights. I was a bit rattled, but Eric jumped right in and tested the balance. It was perfect. Then, he asked me a couple questions, went out to look at the jeep and let me know that the issue was that I hadn't removed the collars from the wheels when I did the changeover and that's why everything was unstable. Totally by fault, but they didn't place any blame. The team took it upon themselves to pull the wheels off, correct the issue and even replace the collars I had ruined. These guys are awesome...trustworthy, they care and there's a culture that exists that's centered around helping people out. If anyone in the market is in need of service, or needs to make a purchase, Mapleview Tire is where you want to go. Based on how I have been treated, there is no other place I would consider.

My winter run-flat tires was changed at another tire shop and found a screw in a tire, but they couldn't repair it. Later I went to this Mapleviwe Tire for consultation and tinkering. Their staff is very friendly, the repairs are fast, the quality is very good, and the price is reasonable.
