Shoppers Drug Mart

the worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced. I did not even get my meds for my pain ordered by my doctor. now i have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. I will not to back there ever again even tho they are so close to my home especially in the winter brutal cold weather. I will have to go further to my decent trustworthy pharmacist than the one closer to home sadly.

I was just going to get some makeup I had my scooter with me plus 2 bags of groceries there was nobody in the store as it was close to closing time and the staff had asked me to roll my scooter to the front sonit can be unsupervised and then stopped in the middle of her sentence I asked her to finish her sentence and then she's was like i don't know how you identify gender. lady I'm a female. very rude i just left .I will not be going back to this shoppers . sucks though things the only one around. my shoppers points will be wasted.i guess the one at kingsway is my new store as they don't discriminate or misgender as for the the scooter I was not riding around the store it was causing no problems to leave it unattended is absurd its very expensive and with groceries on 118ave no less. .

This store decided to stop accepting deliveries for my medication. The medication was too expensive for my insurance to cover so the drug company gracefully decided to give it to me for free through their compassionate care program. This Shoppers Drug Mart declined my last delivery, they must care more about profits and cash than sick customers. Totally disgraceful, I will never step foot in another Shoppers Drug Mart again.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTIMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!Today I Was asking for help at cromdale pharmacyN got kicked out because I was desperately trying to get my point across to a person who would not listen to me!When I called the management to complianHe also told me I was in the wrong!I'm absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated. Will be reviewing daily til I see results!

This Canada Post location is unaware of how to ship to Shaw with their PR. I use Kingsway Shoppers Post Office several times and never have issues. Very fast and knowledgeable staff. Do not recommend using this Canada Post Outlet

Had a security guard keeping an eye on me throughout my visit, they were just hovering at the end of the isles peaking around to look at me. Never even said hello. I get that this location is on 118th and may not attract the best crowds but it made a very uncomfortable shopping experience.

The day of evacation, June 9th I called Shopper's in Edson as I'm on a timed prescription for the last 4 years. I wanted to know what would happen that coming Monday.I was assured and reassured multiple times that I would have no issues receiving this medication as it's on my file and active, it's on net care as well. Shopper's had a secondary provider set up but did say any Shopper's pharmacy could refill.Today before going from the west end all the way over to the North side I call the pharmacy to speak with the pharmacist before I went to pick up my refill and at least they could be filled. She out right refused to refill them. I explain what I was told, could give them the Rx number and provide Id and was still refused.She said she could let me speak to her boss which was the head Pharmacist. Obviously she briefly him before come on the line. He said Hi and when I said Hi back this grown A$$ man sushed me. He said im talking and your listening. He refused to fill my prescription even though the agreement was already in place. This was an hour or so before I was due for my next dosage. I was so appalled to be spoken to in the manner he had spoken to me that day. It may be customary to speak to woman like that in his culture but in a place of business, never. He needs to take some professionalism courses.

Unfortunately I went there this weekend to get some cream. I stumbled upon a great deal on make up and myself and another Individual were using the sample tester foundations when the beauty consultant named Kat/Cat (sp)" came up and rudely gave us trouble telling us not to open the boxes when they were clearly testers. She had a very negative demeanor and handled the situation terribly with her attitude. Do not recommend.On the other hand I would like to applaud the cashier for being so kind and assisting me otherwise."

I liked my experience here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was directed to products I needed. Was easy shopping here. Have a wide range of products and have never been to a shoppers were they have a small groceries area. Outside was clean. Also security was present. Good place to get your needs met. It is on 118ave. So be aware of what it going on around here.

The pharmacy was extremely accommodating and pleasant to deal with, the best service I’ve received from a pharmacy so far!
