Staff are always friendly and helpful to me. Sorry to hear others are having issues. Hopefully, customer service reached out to you. I have never had any issues with my counts being off either. I always suggest you double check your receipt though. I like that they are taking fabrics and different food packaging. If this location isn't for you, the one on Barnet highway is set up better for bottles and has great service. Blue Mountain is good but, parking is an issue.

Man at the front counter was so rude. I was putting my returns on the counter and he says Pass them to me!" And then He was like " put them in the bin " he seemed miserable. I only had a couple loose empties

Man at the counter was very unfriendly and rude. Acted very annoyed that i sorted at home in my own cardboard boxes instead of using and touching their gross trays. He clearly hates his job. He also didnt give me a recipt and i feel he under counted my returns. Definitely will stick to the return it depot closer to my house.

I arrived 10 minutes before they were suppose to close , clearly soaked from walking in the rain to get there and I was abruptly stopped at the door by 1 male and 1 female staff member . NO ! COME BACK TOMORROW! " were they words they greeted me with in a sort of hostile fashion. The doors were still wide open and I could see a few customers still sorting empties. I thought I might stand a chance of retutning my empties so I pleaded with them

I had to ask for receipts because the bottle count was way off.They at least took 50 beer bottles off and 10-15 wine bottles - I pre-counted roughly.I will give no stars if I could.

I gave one star just because there was no choice of any thing less.... they are shady RIP offs!!!! They give no receipts ....and play retarded when you ask them for one... I know I was just scammed by these asians who own and work there ....
