Hero Certified Burgers
Ordered from Ubereats from two different locations. The McCowan and HWY 7 location burger looks and tastes very different from another location for the same order. The buns are different and have less things are placed on the burger. The wrapping paper were also different. The patty looks smaller and overcooked. Would rather order from another location than this.

I had such a pleasant experience here earlier tonight. My sister and I stopped by for dinner and we were so satisfied with everything! The lady at the front counter was amazing! So genuine and cheerful, you can tell she enjoys her job and enjoys interacting with people. I love that they have a separate gluten free menu, which made it so quick and easy to decide what to order. I did the build your own burger combo. I tried the gluten free bun and poutine as a side and OMG honestly the best gluten free burger and poutine I’ve had in a long time! It was so tasty and fresh! I’ve never had a fried egg on my burger before but I’m so happy I tried it I loved it!! The bun was delicious and held together really well. They’re really generous with the burger toppings, the sauces were spilling out and messy but in a good way haha. Also generous with the poutine gravy and cheese, every fry was coated I didn’t have to mix the poutine at all!! So nice to be able to enjoy a poutine with gluten free gravy, I can’t get that from many places. Amazing quality and worth the price. It was also a very short wait time, maybe 5 minutes. I truly enjoyed my entire experience, I’m so happy with all my choices and I’ll for sure be back the next time I’m in Markham, thank you!! :-)

Uber eats wrong item.I did uber eats for this last night and it was advertised that a combo includes a 20oz drink. Instead I got a 355ml drink, which was basically 12oz and the store doesn’t contact me before hand so I end up getting the order as it is. When I called the store around 10pm, a female answered the call and she told me to come in person for a free fountain drink? If thats the case why am I ordering uber eats?? Obviously I can’t pickup food so I had to order online. I’m here sick at home and you guys want me to come sick into your store for something the store messed up on? based on uber eats policies they should contact customer if they can’t give the right items but clearly this store has no clue about their uber eats policies. My Thursday night got ruined thanks to this store.

Had their moon burger last night. It was alright but felt there was a lot of cheese . Overall it was an alright experience and service was good for me. People mentioned below it’s a different bun which I noticed as well. I’m assuming it’s different only for the burger I got. It’s a decent place to get food if your in a rush.

Nothing to say but good things! Such a pleasant experience. The lady working at the counter was so friendly and kind and the food was absolutely delicious. And, I appreciate that there was a separate menu stating what is and isn’t gluten free. There are actually a lot of gluten free options! Absolutely would come again.

Always consistent. Hero burgers is a family favourite when we want something quick and delicious! Customized the way you want it and we always get our onion rings! Burgers are always juicy and free from hormones. And you can taste it! Meaty goodness. Service can be hit or miss. This time was a hit. They are attentive and listen, considering how many customizable options are available to the consumer. She thought a pick up order was mine and when she found out it wasn’t, she asked the back of kitchen to see if it was almost ready. Very nicely done!
