Went to get a side window replaced. While there they took in my air filter and said it was dirty and asked if I wanted them to replace it. I thought since it looked grey with a few bits of dirt in it they were right it was dirty. I got thinking about it why would they be looking at my air filter. So when I went back and was told it was a complimentary sercive. They showed me the one they put in which was grey as well (the original was not that dirty just had some debris in it) $50 later they refused to put my old one back in because they had already given me a new one. Do not take their suggestions they just want to upsell products.I will never go back and will never refer them to anyone.

The best customer service experience in a long time. Referred by Bastarache's to replace a side mirror on a Ram 1500. To begin their quote of $172 was several hundred dollars less than the $500+ quote I received from the dealer. Speedy charged $20 for the install. The dealer wanted 1 hour labour at $119. I know the mirror isn't OEM, but frankly I can't see the difference. And the better price was just the beginning. I stopped in around 2pm. They didn't have the part in stock but they called their supplier and added it to their 3:30 delivery. At 3:35 my truck was in the shop and at 4:10 I was home sitting on my couch. These guys are slick. They're also super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Two big thumbs up.

Was told that I would be receiving the same windshield as the one being replaced. Technician Remi told me yes, they would be identical.Shocking, I received the non tinted version and it had no jeep emblem at the bottom of the windshield.Customer service is about honesty. This was a huge fail for me.

Service was awesome. On vacation, with a stone chip from a truck we fell in behind at a construction zone on the highway.We were in and out within an hour. Can't ask for better - they slotted us in among their appointments and had us back on our way.

The're certainly worth of the name. My windshield replacement was done in a twinkle of an eye. The staff always makes my visit special. The best shop for all the glass needs of your car. I wish them all the best.
