Rose literally sat me down in the store after equipping me with a pen and pad of paper and went through specific issues I was having as thoroughly as my naturopath would. She understood everything and then here’s the best part - the products she sold me WORKED!! I will never go anywhere else for natural health. Love this place and I love Rose!

My friend introduced me to Lotus as the place she goes when she wants to talk. I was surprised to find the amount and variety of natural herbs and supplements in stock, some of which are Alberta sourced. Sasha is a well of information who is very approachable.

This is my absolute favourite store in Calgary! Rose, Betty & Sasha are very helpful and supportive. Everytime I visit, I leave with more knowledge than I came with.

I love my earth angels, Rose and Betty, from Lotus Herbal. They are very informative and have definitely been the reason my son is feeling so much better, since he was introduced to Rose. My son has Crohn's and was suffering from the side effects of the pharmaceuticals his doctors had him on. He was only 131 lbs and looked like a rack of bones, when he started going to Lotus. The last 20 yrs been a long hard road, but now he is up to 170 lbs and the Crohn's is in remission. Thank you Ladies at Lotus, I have started bringing all my friends and family to Rose and Betty. I always feel better after a visit.

Rose and her daughter Betty are sO lovely! And so very helpful. We are so lucky to have their two places to shop for high level products..and always they share knowledge...and wonderful personalities. It is such a pleasure to go there!!!

My first experience at Lotus Herbal Health was incredible. Sasha was a wealth of knowledge regarding my health concerns, and she provided solutions and answered all of my questions. I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of items on their shelves that I thought I would have to make for myself, and the fact that they are carrying some local products was an added bonus. I am looking forward to podcasts from Sasha, as she knew so much, and I won't remember a fraction of the information regarding the products I purchased, or will need in the future. She truly is my gift-with-purchase and I will return!
