I have dealt with Yvonne, for at least one and half years she has always been available and ready to assist.I have asked for a report to be sent to my family doctor and it was done within hours.It's bad enough to have a breathing problem, it's all made easier by the smiles and kindness of the staff.Keep it up.

I have attended the Vaughan location where Yvonne has assisted my husband with his sleep machine and supplies. Yvonne has been very helpful and efficient. She is prompt in responding to emails and returning calls. Yvonne has a lot of knowledge about the different cpap machines and is patient in explaining the various options available depending on needs.

Yvonne at the Hwy 7 location in Unionville was very helpful with getting my dad fitted and set up for the CPAP machine. As it was his first time getting this device, we had a lot of questions and concerns which Yvonne was very thorough in explaining to us. She was great at monitoring and following up with his progress and was easily reachable when we needed any adjustments with supplies and machine settings. Overall, we've had a great experience working with Yvonne.

Highly Recommended!!The amazing Yvonne helped walk me through the huge selection of equipment & accessories! I was worried at first until she made it easy to understand the importance of having a set up that works with your lifestyle. I can actually have my glasses on for reading before bed with the mask on, I would have never knew of the many options if she didn't take the time to explain! She also made me feel very at ease, she respectfully followed the covid-19 protocols and I even noticed her wearing two standard masks behind her shield! Amazing service and care!!Thank you!!
