The wait was very long greater then 2 hours. When we were helped service was outstanding. He was amazing, is not fair to him and customers too he is only one serving so many customers alone. Please have more personal to help customers. I take 2 star because of the wait was long.

The wait was very long greater then 2 hours. When we were helped service was outstanding. He explained the various plans, phones along with rebates. Only recommendation is to have more personnel to support special offering.

My wife and i had the greatest experience at the cell phone kiosque in Costco Pointe-Claire. The customer service representative a Mr ZAX explained everything in great detail our future monthly payments and our cellphone plans. He got us what we were looking for and made our whole family happy with the choices of cellphones. Thank you Mr ZAX for your hard work and your patience!!
