I had such an AMAZING experience at Cloud Healthcare clinic! They called me for an appointment promptly after requesting and were SO friendly during my assessment. The doctor really cared about my health issues and were also very organized!! Their pharmacy also promptly called me for my prescription and even offered free delivery that same day! I received my medications 1 hour later, and they even included an extra sample!This was actually the BEST experience I've ever had with a walk-in-clinic ever. I highly recommend this place!! Thank you so much for your amazing service! :)

I came across the establishment while trying for weeks to find a medical clinic accepting new patients (difficult to find due to Covid-19). It has been an absolute nightmare so far. Everything is delayed on their end with no explanation for why.The staff appear to be extremely disorganized which is disheartening since they're dealing with people's health. I had to call and email 3 times each after my initial appointment just to get a requisition for lab work (I was told I would receive it 30 minutes after the appointment and it took nearly a week instead). After doing my tests and asking them when I should expect results, I got a call from the clinic stating they had no record of my requisition and asked what tests I got done.A patient like me is definitely not their priority. Worst experience I've had with a medical clinic. The staff is friendly, but inefficient. Stick to getting massages here, don't even bother with the medical clinic. They have caused way more anxiety than I had to begin with.Imagine receiving an email stating the doctor will call with results within an hour and 3 hours later your're still waiting. They do not care.

My friend got me a massage off of groupon. Clean establishment and nice staff however I had a Male masseuse and he's pressure was extremely rough and uncomfortable. I let him know and he said he ease up however his rough nature continued and he wasnt using skill set or rhythm. You can tell they just hiring anyone and let them give massages. No english couldnt explain anything to him. He gave me a bare handed massage like no oil or lotion to let the hands glide smoothly. Total waste of money and time. Dont do it to yourself.

DO NOT go to this place for ontime PCR/ IgM result. 18 hours late! for a worrying day's experience this IS your place to go. Their customer service kept telling you being patient when Their announcements turned out to be untrue 80% of time and Never, Ever apologized.Also they tried to fool ppl on other social medias that all critiques came from competitors which is BS!! If My flight were on the third day morning, I'd been doomed already !!!!

These people are wonderful. My plans kept changing. They were fast, flexible - and efficient. Highly recommended.

Had a great couples massage experience. The staff were very friendly and greeted us with tea. The space is very new and clean. The beds and towels are very clean and it was a very comfortable and welcoming space. My masseuse applied good pressure, and also gave me a hot stone massage which left my body feeling super relaxed and energized!

I booked virtual appointment today. Before my appointment I received confirmation and a weblink or me to join. I login on the weblink 3 mins before the appointment but no doctor showing up nor telling me what's going on. I waited for 15 mins, I tried to call all the 4 phone numbers published on their website but all transferred to voice mail. Even now, I don't know what happened to my appointment? This is the first time that I book a medical appointment and the doctor just not showing up. It's very poor communication and poor management.

I was feeling very sore today and so I looked on Groupon for any deals on massages nearby because I know they can be pretty pricey sometimes, and I found a pretty amazing deal for this place. $40 for a 60 min massage! I booked an appointment for the same day and proceeded to have the best massage of my entire life!! it was so amazing, I felt so relaxed and all my soreness was completely gone! the masseuse I had was Coco and she was just phenomenal!!!!!! I highly highly recommend these guys! it's usually $70 for a 60 min massage but they have a package of 10 sessions for $55 each which it pretty great! I'm definitely coming back here.

called in to ask travel testing. I thought at least I need to know who I spoke with so I ask the name who was on the phone with me. The guy refused to tell me his name. I explained the reason why I need to know the Name. Still get no answer. Well. It make me wonder that if he did not dare to speak out his name. How accountable they are to manage the testing. They are not even to have the encourage to take a little bit responsibility. Well. They are not the only clinic offered the test. I would rather go with one who at least can tell me their names.
