The staff member manning the desk when we got in was very professional & a hard worker. He gave us a room at first that was not cleaned. I called, (on my cell as my boyfriend & I were tired from our trip). He was very swift to bring an extra key for a cleaned room & apologized for the mistake. I would stay here again. 4 stars because it could use an update but like I said, I’d stay here again.

The whole upstairs area smells of weed and cigarette smoke, the sheets were dirty - hair and yellow stains of urine? When asking for clean sheets I had to change them myself, it was noisy with the traffic outside and completely completely uncomfortable and just a horrible experience. Don't stay here!!!! Worst hotel stay ever. Paid $200 for the night - the absolute worst rip off.

To start, staff were friendly, however that is trying to make the best of a bad situation. The rooms were NOT clean. Pictures I have included show garbage and food on the floor beside the bed table, and the coffee pot contained old grounds and clearly had not been cleaned from the previous occupants of the room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was told sorry

I found the rooms to be clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site but we availed of the bbq facilities. Staff were excellent....so friendly and helpful.

Comfortable bed and clean rooms. A deep bathtub! Wi-Fi was slow and would randomly kick out. Hot tub was closed for the Sumner and didn't say anything about it on the website. Even with those 2 issues I would stay there again.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, beds were comfortable and the front desk associate was awesome. He called to check in as we were making a very late arrival and wanted to ensure we received our access key. On arrival we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with kitchenette, much appreciated from this tired family. The only downside to the hotel, it looks aged in some aspects, walls and doors could use new paint/repairs. Will stay again. Excellent price and we were comfortable.

Charged my credit card $500 because my tow hitch slightly hit there brick wall, I mean slightly! Mine was the one on the right. They didn't even tell me, they just charged my credit card.

Our room had a/c directly beside the bed meaning someone is sleeping with a/c directly blasting on them all night. The bathroom door also didn’t close. I stayed at the Super 8 down the road and enjoyed it much more. Not the worst but probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again

Here for work, the room was kinda small not even a chair inside, beds could be a little more clean and some garbage behind the fridge. Woke up one day without water pressure and to top it off they made it so there wifi is worse when a group of guys are there cant even log in with my phone forget an xbox or computer.
