Very impressed with the service we received. We recently moved from Burnaby to Langley and our movers were amazing. They were right on time, friendly, efficient and overall helped make the move as stress free as possible. Unfortunately our sectional did not fit in the elevator but they were able to take it away for us for a reasonable fee. I would definitely use moving pros again and will definitely recommend this company!

This was my first time moving, thankfully moving pros was able to accommodate me last minute. Alexa was very prompt, and even answered my messages out of office hours. Our movers were Dimitri, and Sabastian, both were super friendly and very hard workers. They were able to get our move done quick and with ease. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Do not use them. Needed to move an upright piano, and instead of the standard 2-person request, they strongly recommended 3 people for an additional $110. No problem, makes sense.Day of, no show at the specificed time. We had to call them ourselves to find out that movers were delayed from a previous move. Was quoted a 2 hour delay. Did not show up until 4 hours later. Only two people showed up.Asked for a $110 refund - Not only were they 4 hours late from the designated time, but only 2 people showed up; thus, not needing to pay for the 3rd person. Generic response ignoring my request and thanking us for the feedback"."

Professional movers from the start to the end. My 70 year old father took care of the move on my behalf being I was out of town. The movers didn't want my father lifting anything which was great and very much appreciated. They were very polite, hard working, careful, and professional. They were a dream compared to past movers that I've hired. We plan to buy a house soon and will be working with Moving Pros again. I would recommend them to anyone.

I strongly advise against using these movers unless you are prepared to accept damages.I recently hired this company to handle the move of my two-bedroom home. They utilize technology solutions to schedule and send alerts, which seemed promising. However, they arrived a whopping 2 hours later than the promised time. Although delays can happen, I remained understanding.Upon their arrival, I noticed that the movers they sent were clearly inexperienced, despite their self-proclaimed title of Moving Pros." A specific incident that stood out was when they struggled to maneuver a wardrobe. It was necessary for us to instruct them to turn it horizontally in order to remove it smoothly. Moreover

These guys were great and worked so hard . I hired them to move my 4 bedroom house with a lot of furniture and boxes. Sabastian wrapped everything I told him too and packed the truck perfect. Highly recommended .

I Hired Moving Pros last month to move my mom from her house in South Surrey to a Basement suite in White Rock .It was a very stressful time for her and the movers that came Erick and R , right from the start communicated well with her and that eased her stress a great deal .I’m very thankful for that. The move went smooth and both movers were careful with all her furniture and wrapped everything quickly and efficiently. Complete professionalism the entire move. The truck was clean and organized lots of room and had everything that was needed to wrap and tape furniture properly . Overall experience with this company was very positive !!! When a move is booked weeks in advance and the moving company doesn't show up it's a lovely addition to your mounting stress. No calls, texts, or emails notifying me of a delay or issue. Radio silence. My disappointment and frustration is immense.
