Bought a gift here (hockey equipment, approx $100 product) for my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately after opening it we saw a seam that’s already come apart. When I went back to the store today to exchange there were no others in stock and was told there was nothing they could do as far as reduced price or..well…anything to adjust for the products imperfect condition. Apart from returning it (…item is needed this weekend) I guess I just have to deal with the product issue myself. “Sorry, nothing I can do about that” is the exact quote. Dissatisfied customer likely to shop elsewhere in the future. Just a missed opportunity for good customer service.

Our baseball family has shopped here for years. The staff are knowledgeable, and patient when fitting sport equipment. We have purchased lefty baseball gloves here, and hard to fit cleats. As well as pants, slide shorts, hats, belts and batting gloves. We have never been disappointed with products purchased or services. The staff always leave the kids encouraged and excited about their upcoming season.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
