Went to the shop to get new set of keys to my BMW. The owner came in on his day off to help since I could not come back at another time. He gave me new set of keys and programmed at a great price. Extremely fast service and quick response. I brought in my 2009 328XI to get a new key because both of the original keys weren't working. He fixed that quickly and cut the new key for me. He also took care of some coding issues because I changed my seats from regular to sport seats. Very knowledgeable guy! Saved me $$$ from not going to the dealer.

Russ is very knowledgeable, he was able to solve an ongoing malfunction error I had on my Bmw that even the dealership were not able to figure out. He is honest and knows what he's doing, went straight to the point and fixed the malfunction error in less than 10 minutes!

Russ is a European car wizard he was recommended by another car mechanic for a problem I had with a new fuse box I put in my 2012 mini. I went there and thought I had to drop it off and he fixed a programming problem that not even a BMW or mini could figure out when I phoned them. It's refreshing to actually find a technition that is so knowledgeable and honest at a very good price. He also looked at our mercedes when I was there and diagnosed a problem and saved me going elsewhere.Needless to say I took both cars home in less than an hour and both fixed and running like new.Thank you Russ I would and will recommend you to anyone who needs a European car technician. Russ did a great job replacing the lock of my car. He also made me quickly a new key and the price was extremely reasonable. He is very busy, but managed to provide a great and speedy service. Soon I have to visit Speedo Tronix to get one more key . and I am sure I will get the same fast , reliable and reasonably priced service from a great professional .

Great experience, great guy. Drove 4 hours to get the work done and it was worth it! Only person that I found that could fix the FRM module for my bmw for that price! Even did couple other little things for free. Highly recommend. Very helpful, clear communication, on time and quick!
