Favela Training Center
I’ve been taking coach Jenny’s class now for a year and couldn’t be any more happier!! I’ve always been intimidated and shy to start my training journey and she has made it an exceptionally comfortable series of sessions. I have brought some of my girlfriend along with me to the class and they have loved it as well. She is amazing and works with ALL levels of fitness being a beginner or advanced.Wonderful gym, clean and very positive atmosphere! Highly recommended!!!

If you want to be stronger, and see results quickly, come to the favelaIt’s the only gym that made it easy to be consistent because I actually enjoy working out here. The coaches are knowledgeable and adjust to all levels, the atmosphere is great, all classes are different, we’re always learning and improving .. and sweating too

Coach Jen is a great personal trainer. She helped me to believe I can achieve my fitness goal going on my own pace and I improved every class!!! I highly recommend Favela for everyone!!!!

Highly recommended, there’s a class for everyone from ages 7 and up. I take my girls to the kids boxing, and they were so nervous the first day and now they are always asking to come back! You feel welcomed the moment you walk in and the staff are A1!! Very professional and energizing!

My new favourite place to be is Favela Training Centre! I've been working out with Coach Mayron for over a year, and I couldn't be more pleased with the progress I've made. He always pushes us to the limit because he is so passionate about seeing others succeed. I have nothing but the highest praise and recommendations for Mayron, Jenny, and the entire Favela team!

I've been training at Favela Training a few months now and it's been the best decision I've made. If you were like me, researching different gyms to join this is one of the best places you will find. Mairon is an absolutely amazing trainer just in a few months I've improved tremendously working with him. He keeps it professional and pushes you to achieve your true capabilities but is still very personable and every session is a great time. If you're nervous to get into boxing for the first time I cannot recommend them enough. They are so accepting and understanding and make sure you always feel comfortable.

Mayron knows his craft and is an excellent coach.I walked in and had a 3 mins conversation and was impressed. I signed up right away and showed up to class.Community leader, great boxer, nice guy, and great with kids.

Cannot express how amazing this gym is! Not only do they work with all levels of fitness, they are a non judgmental space that always welcomes you with open arms. They challenge and encourage you in the best way possible. They truly make you feel like you’re home. As Jenny always says “ YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS”
