Our entire experience with Uhaul was bad this time. This particular location was not helpful, nor friendly. The employee barely said 5 words while taking my money and then showed us where the trailer was parked and walked away. There was no asking if we had questions, needed help, or even a safety check to see if we were hooked up correctly. The lot had cars parked all over randomly and I had to weave between them to get the trailer out. Someone new to towing would have surely walked away.

This U-Haul place was a very bad experience, I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Every time we called, the staff on the phone had no idea what they were talking about. When we got there, we had to pay a deposit they hadn't told us about. The trailer was sitting with the hitch on the ground and there was no employees to help, the only employee was an older lady. The trailer was also covered in snow and did not have a universal hook up for the tail lights or hitch. The trailer was also much smaller than advertised - the website said the measurements were for the inside of the trailer but they were actually for the outside. Very poor customer service and uninformed staff. Would not recommend getting a U-Haul from here.

Staff is very friendly and coppirative. And they have indian grocery and nice little corner store with reasonable prices for groceries. Moving supplies are also available. Store timings are comfortable. I highly recommend this place for business.

These guys were so helpful, friendly and the truck was clean , a rare thing with Uhaul. Will definitely use them again.
