Outstanding care and attention to detail! My small project was given big-project attention - from initial contact with Isaac, detail refinement with Byron, pre-press readiness with Catherine, and production from Charles, all team members were true professionals - communication was always prompt & helpful, with much patience for my inexperience with publishing. I’m so proud of the final result, and I would gladly deal with Sure Print again on a future project.

We were tasked by one of our top clients to create 5 hard cover books, each with a unique cover. After coming across Sure Print & Design, I knew they were the vendor that would be able to satisfy our client demands and wishes: side sewn, soft touch laminated hard cover with printed end sheets. Form the very beginning, Sure Print helped lead us through this project.The quality of the final product was exactly what our client was looking for. Excellent web site and service. Quality printing and one of the few printers that will do a proof at a reasonable cost allowing the customer to make changes before a larger order (or not order at all). Highly recommended.

I HIGHLY recommend Sure Print & Design for anyone shopping for a book printing company to print their book. I received my books the other day and they are absolutely beautiful! The entire process went great for me. I purchased the formatting package and the pre-press graphic designer who helped me with some needed adjustments to my print files was an absolute pleasure to work with! My first experience working with Sure Print has been excellent from start to finish. My salesperson gave me his full attention as we discussed the project, a 4-color casebound children's book, thoroughly answered my questions, suggested the right materials, and explained the process for completing the job. My customer service team, too, was courteous, competent, and kept me informed as the project progressed. And I am so pleased with the finished product. The printing is spot on and the quality of materials excellent. I will certainly be choosing Sure Print for my next 4-color project.

Sure Print and Design is a great resource for those like me and my grandson who have absolutely no idea how to format and publish a book. We took Sure Print's recommendations on mostly everything and the result was extremely favorable all around. We knew what we wanted the outcome to look like, roughly, but had no idea how to get there. They were real good at walking us to, what we believe is, a excellent book. A high quality book for the price, looks sharp and the format final works great. Peter x2.

My experience with Sure Print was amazing. Their online calculator gave me a clear idea of my pricing, allowing me to stay in my budget. From the time of my submission, to getting my proof back and signing on for printing, They provided great communication. During the process, they provided updates when I inquired. I wanted a digital print run for my new book, so I contacted more than 20 Canadian printers. Sure Print & Design were the only ones that actually engaged me, talked with me about my budget and my needs, and helped us find a fair compromise between what I was asking for and what I could pay. What I got from every other printer (of the half who responded) was just no, we can't do that within your budget, or they just ignored me. Sure Print & Design cared.
