AquaSpa Pools & Landscape Design

AquaSpa designed and built a beautiful pool for us in our backyard. It’s a pleasure to work with Tim and his team. They were very responsive to accommodate our requests, considering all the challenges during the pandemic. We highly recommend them.

We highly recommend using Aquaspa for your landscape design. Aquaspa provided many services for us to help us fulfill our dream backyard retreat. Aquaspa landscape designer, Livani Bala, was attentive, creative and knowledgeable. Aquaspa's Project Manager, Sal Fazio, brought the design to life by overseeing the construction process with efficiency. Aquaspa crews were hard working, polite, respectful and always kept our property and our street clean. Our first summer with our backyard retreat was a dream come true for us. Thank you Pino Prizzi and Aquaspa for your professionalism, quality workmanship and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Evan was a pleasure to work with from the start. He and Aqua Spa pools treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism right through the entire process. The job itself ended up costing a little more than we expected but the work spoke for itself. When it was all set and done, we were very happy with our oasis.We had some Delays that were unexpected but that was the case with many things due to Covid.Overall we would recommend there services to anyone looking.

We installed the pool 3 seasons ago.1) Hayward Omnilogic, wasn't setup properly(as per Hayward tech who came to check it), one of the sensors wasn't connected, which caused the pool often to overheat and vaporized).2) Roof for the pergola wasn't installed properly, and got broken after the 1st use. They promise to fix it for the past 3 years without success, we had to bring a company this year to uninstall it, and repair our pergola.3) we have issue from the 2nd season with chlorinator warnings. Today Hayward tech found that the part is partially burned, due to wrong installation, we asked them to open ticket for the past 2 years, but Hayward can't find the ticket, and due to it, it might be out of the 3 years warranty. We left them messages from Hayward, in order to provide the receipt, and check if Hayward can cover it under the warranty, without success.4) One of the Pool Lights, stoped working, and we try to contact them in order to repair it, without any success.

We are extremely happy with our new interlock driveway and pathways designed and installed by Royal Stone Landscaping. Evan was our Sales and Project Leader and was very professional and honest. He attended our home several times during the job and was always available for our questions (day and night). Evan knew exactly how to transform our vision into reality and beyond! The installation team was led by Joe and they were ALL were amazing! These guys knew exactly how to install stonework from laying down the base to installing the driveway pavers and the cobblestone borders. The team ensured that the work site was spotless at the end of each working day. The entire job was completed in only three (3) days and looks perfect. I will highly recommend Royal Stone to any of my friends and relatives. Great job Evan, Joe and the rest of the Royal Stone team!

We have always dreamed of having our own backyard oasis, and AquaSpa made that dream come true! They created a breathtaking design and brought it to life. We now have a beautiful landscaped backyard with a stunning pool and cabana. The project did take longer than expected because of pool kit delays due to COVID, but they were constantly keeping us up to date. Communicating with their team was so effortless with their new app, it helped getting in contact with our project manager and design team that much easier. It’s true when they say they make beautiful outdoor spaces.

Working with AquaSpa Pools was an amazing experience. Tim Flynn was my project manager on site. We as a team came up with a beautiful design. Tim over saw the entire project from beginning to end. He went above and beyond my expectations...I would highly recommend AquaSpa and Tim :))

This is my first Google Review - I generally never complain and am very understanding and easy going, but our experience with AquaSpa has been awful. The company is great upfront when they are looking to get you to sign on with them, but one you've paid, the service, and lack of respect is the worst I've ever experienced ,and they are not willing to stand behind their work. We have been contacting AquaSpa since May (it's now November) with some issues, and not only do we have have to email and call repeatedly to get an occasional response, they (Evan) will not commit to date to come and repair their work - for more than 6 months! We have been more than patient and accommodating. When you spend this amount of money, it's unbelievable that they won't even return a call. They are only focusing on new jobs and new money - stay away if you are looking for a company who is professional and willing to stand behind their work.

I didn’t think it was possible to have a pool in our backyard with all the mature trees and ridiculous city by-laws. Aqua spa found a way to make it happen. Loved working with Tim. He accommodated all our requests and pivoted last minute when we changed our minds about some of the design details. Loving our new pool- feels like a cottage in the middle of the city.

We are very happy with the Pool and Cabana that Evan created for us. He helped us from early planning to the very end. During the planning process a video rendering was done which helped us envision what the final product would look like and it really helped the process along, would highly recommend if you are like us and have trouble visualizing renovations.Even with supply chain issues during the process Evan keep us updated every step of the day.Overall very satisfied with the final product.Ken
