Red Lobster
It was our first lobster and I'm so glad we chose this restaurant. The lobster was great! The staff were nice and attentive and the drinks were fresh.The only problems were the afmosphere and the appetizer. The customers sitting in the booth behind us were loud and noisy, and the stuffed mushroom was mostly melted cheese.

The food was good. Ashley was a great hostess. She greeted us with a big smile and goes above and beyond. She knew what we needed before we even said anything. Very happy with our visit (:

Came here for Mother's Day. Great food and very attentive customer service! Our server was very patient with us. I really took my time to eat my crab legs. He also made me iced coffee, which was not on the menu (there is hot coffee only). Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Special time with my family here. Good services, good foods. If you like seafood, this restaurant is the one best choice in Calgary. High price, high value, and won't be disappointed.

The food was over priced for what was served. Uncooked pasta and a tasteless sauce.The chair was wobbling and directly beneath a strong light that was like sitting in an interrogation chair. The girl at the front desk was brash and dismissive. The manager was condescending and didn't offer any reasonable solutions when presented with our disappointment; didn't move tables, claimed that food was supposed to be served the way it was although it tasted unsatisfactory. The server girl was pleasant enough and it was unfortunate she got caught between a rock and a hard place.

Went for lunch today (Monday) and Ivy D was our server. She was lovely, friendly, happy and constantly smiling. Always attending to our table and asking if we wanted more and filling our water. She went over and beyond with her service and made our experience wonderful! Food was also great!

My first time at a Red Lobster and I wasn’t disappointed. The service from the very beginning was perfect, everyone was super friendly but not too overbearing. The food was also superb. Fresh and perfectly cooked. I would highly recommend their fish and chips as well as their shrimp abs lobster linguine. The booth seating is also nice and private making it a perfect spot for a date or a family catch up.

Although expensive, the seafood here really is great! The lobster tails are incredibly tender and delicious (highly recommend the Maritime Lobster Tail Duo) and the other seafood options are good as well but the tails are truly the highlight of their menu. The shrimp and scallops about average, and depending on your dish you’ll have them prepared in a variety of ways. The service I had was quick and friendly as well, with reasonable wait times and check ups. The interior and seating is a bit old fashioned but comfortable. The restaurant is quite large with ample parking space as well. I recommend checking this restaurant out if you’re okay with spending a little more than usual for a celebration or just a solid seafood meal!

Arrived on time for a 6:30pm reservation. Seated immediately. We were not acknowledged by anyone for 16.5 minutes. Whom we thought was our server appeared busy, but ANYONE could have at least said hello and informed us that someone would be with us soon, that’s kind of typical restaurant protocol. 29 minutes after being seat finally got our beverages. Server was very friendly and was moving around a lot, but what I can’t understand is why the two hosts who were just walking around doing what appeared to be open menu counts couldn’t help. Or the manager (tall blonde in green shirt) or the bar tender or ANY OTHER SERVER help out? Did we really have to wait that long? Anyone of those team members could’ve helped. Food came out about an hour after being sat. It was good, not great. Luke warm. Everything was correct as ordered. Again, server was nice but the second longest dining experience we’ve ever had and not in a positive way.Leo, your team needs some serious training in “teamwork”. I felt like I should’ve jumped in a few times to help out. No sense of direction or the wherewithal to even recognize what was happening.The problem is you can’t really get seafood from anywhere else in the city and it almost feels like you guys know that and take full advantage of it. For $178.49 for 3 people, you need to do better.Thanks for hearing me out.Jeff
