The staff are very pleasant however their ‘head office’ processes are quite terrible. I returned an item a few months ago for store credit and while trying to redeem the credit this week they told me they were unable to ‘find my credit’ because their system has changed- even though I have a printed credit memo. I have been sent around in circles- with follow up only happening when I call- they do not call back as promised. I am now waiting for a supervisor to call me back ‘maybe tomorrow morning’ which, by the way, is when my installer is coming. Their store credit is not a real thing- beware!

Really awesome niche store selling Canadian manufactured products! Everything you need for the bathroom, great prices and the ability to sit in all of the tubs to find the perfect one for you. Must check them out if redoing a bathroom!

My husband and I own a few properties and we have loved the experience shopping at bath depot! The customer service and knowledge is fantastic and they really go above and beyond to bring your vision to life. They have a great selection of products and they have beautiful modern styles!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is terrible. Their products are cheaply made and they don't honour their warranty! We purchased a corner shower unit as well as a rain/handheld shower kit. It has been installed less than 2 years and the hardware behind the wall sprung a leak and flooded the main floor and basement. The plumber determine that the hardware was a manufacturer default. The product was still under warranty yet they won't refund our money nor provide a replacement part so we can fix the only shower we have in the house. They keep coming up with excuses not to refund or replace. This has been going on for a month!

Terrible customer service!We ask for a refund and It tooks them ( the head office ) 2 weeks to refund our money we called them 5 times and the first call they said it will take 3-5 days the second call they said 3-7 days the third call they said 4-10 days loooooool and the other calls they were ignored .DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. there is no refund at the store so beware of this.

Being told “we do not have to accept tax cards” when every other business in Ontario has a system for it was extremely dissatisfying. If you have a tax card buy your stuff else ware that recognizes it.

DON’T SHOP HERE!!!! I came in to this store to purchase an item, and the employees are extremely rude and racist!!! And their products aren’t worth the price!! Their products break easily!
