I was able to contact the owner after hours and was able to have my vehicle towed to Valley Pro. I was there next morning at 7:30 and was helped immediately and they were able to fit me in within 24 hrs. They diagnosed the issue, sourced a part from Vancouver and completed the work with 24 hrs. They did not try to up sell me, they were courteous and professional and waited for my approval before doing any work. I would recommend them to anyone and will go to them for all of my automotive needs.

Alternator belt snapped off. Thought it would take a bit to get fixed but they fixed it and ran a bunch of other diagnostics on my car and they had my car ready for me to pick up by the end of the same day. By far the most reasonable pricing on a repair I’ve had and ended up not charging me for the diagnostics but only for the parts and labour to install which was very nice . Very helpful and understanding as well! Will definitely be taking t car there from now on if there is problems.

They were friendly, flexible and got everything done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Even followed up afterward to make sure that everything was still running well - can tell they genuinely care. Will definitely be returning again.

They got me in on short notice, did a great job, sent me a super professional report, and made sure my truck was good to go for a long trip up north.

These guys truly care about their customers. I had a couple of issues with my car and they were thorough and explained things every step of the way. I will definitely be going back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP !!!!!! My partner took his truck here and had an icbc claim and also just wanted a full inspection!!! This place drove his truck without an air filter !!! Even tho they had “done a full inspection” not only that but this place is ridiculously priced and ripping people off and clearly they are incompetent if they can’t even notice an air filter is missing, and didn’t even offer to rectify the situation … just admitted that they made a huge mistake and handed him the bill. We decided to get the rest of the work done at another shop since this place clearly is incompetent.Also if your team is reviewing the matter .. they know exactly what I’m talking about and which vehicle so hopefully you guys can offer some way to rectify the situation because you guys lost out on a $7000 bill due to this … and not even offering to make it right …. Like who does that… who admits they made a mistake and does nothing about it.

Took my car in to be diagnosed for a front end shake… This shop tried to quote me $4,800 in total to almost completely rebuild my front end suggesting that I replace parts that were installed not even a year ago. Asked their technician why these parts needed replacing and they provided me with a wishy washy response that didn’t actually justify why they should be replaced. Immediately lost faith with Valleypro and took my car to a different shop where they not only installed new sway bar links (parts and labour $250), but showed me and explained to me why the other parts DID NOT need replacement. What Valleypro dishonestly quoted $4,800, turned into an honest COST of $250. Save yourself time and hassle; go somewhere else.

I’ve been bringing my car here for years but have been extremely disappointed with my last few visits. I was quoted $400 for diagnostics for some noises and an oil change, which they ended up reducing to $300. Was told my sway bars are broken and needed to be fixed urgently or my tire could fall off or my car could tip over, which is highly doubtful. Regardless, I booked in for the soonest availability when they had their rental vehicle available. When they booked me in they confirmed I needed the automatic rental as I cannot drive manual. The Friday prior to my Tuesday appointment, they called asking to rebook me to Wednesday as the rental would not be available until then, once again confirming I don’t drive manual. I confirmed I would be dropping off my car and picking up the automatic rental Wednesday at 8am. I go to drop off my car Wednesday morning. They once again asked if I could drive manual, then informed me that their automatic rental was not available. They offered their shuttle which I was fine with only if we were able to leave right away. They could not offer the shuttle for another 30 minutes, and told me I needed to rebook. Not very apologetic for the inconvenience and did not offer anything to mend the issue, especially after I’ve been going to their shop for years. Will be rebooking elsewhere.Edit: 1 day after my appointment was cancelled, instead of calling me to apologize and rebook to the next nearest availability, I was called and asked how my car was running after the work they did. When I advised that the work was never completed and shared my disappointment, I was told that the operations manager would call me, which they never did.
