My grandma gave a female east Indian worker $20 cash in exchange for bills and change for her bus fare less than 30 minutes ago. After helping the man ahead of us, she started texting someone on her phone, ignoring us. When my grandma asked for help, she acted like my grandma wasn’t speaking English (she’s lived here for over 30 years, her english is perfectly fine) and looked over at me. She told my grandma she doesn’t have any change, which was a lie. You work at a lottery booth, like come on lol.After I repeated that my grandma wanted change for her $20, she rolled her eyes and snatched the $20 bill from her. She dug through her register and dumped two 5 dollar bills, ones and toonies. I wanted to complain to whoever the manager was because of her tone and attitude, but my grandma told me to let it go. My grandma’s the sweetest lady ever and for someone to act like that towards her… it really struck a nerve.Do better and hire people who actually take their job seriously.

very rude guy... went there today and im 2nd in line... he is rude to the lady in front of me with a baby... and again he dit it again to me... seems you are in a menopausal stage!

Seems like they dump all the non-winning scratch tickets here. When I buy them from the gas station usually I recuperate whatever I've spent.

Bought scratch and win in dec went in march to redeem and they said it expired in feb...its only $5 but still bs.....be careful they sell almost expired tickets look at the back always....will never buy there again

Busy place

Went out of way to get me my money when busy and didn't have enough for my ticket.

The lady attendant ask for my id its protocall so its okay it only took like seconds to show her my drivers licence

(to be descriptive) Brown Lady was on her phone, rushing the purchase and was rude throughout the interraction. No customer service at all and felt disrespected. Never coming back here again!
