Best vet in town! My Moose got headbutted by his brother and injured his jaw. Carla saw him immediately and explained thoroughly how to give him his meds ensuring many times that I understood. My dogs couldn't be in better hands, all 3 vets are amazing and I enjoy the friendliness of the receptionist. They have been our vet for generations and will continue to be our vet!

Dr. Corrine is doing exactly what she KNEW that she should be doing since she was a young child. She has a great big caring heart towards all critters and she picks staff with the same kind, thoughtful, considerate, calm qualities that she possesses.I just had to have my elderly cat, Hobbes, put down and it was an extremely peaceful event. Thank you for your gentleness during this time.

They were great when the vet in my community was out of the country. The SPAH vet saved my cat's life by doing emergency surgery, lancing an absess that could have been fatal if it had been left until our regular vet returned.

My hooman brought me to the vet, I recognized the secretary, she's really nice. After talking with my hooman about me and how I have been she gave me some pets, then brought me to sit on a pad. She said I weigh good. After she brought me to a room. There was all kinds of smells, I couldn't stop sniffing around.. so many had been in here. I could hear other dogs in another room. I wanted to go say hi. After a bit the vet and a tech came in. They were really nice. Looked at me and gave me some vaccines so I can be healthy. They said I was a good boy!! We went back to the lady in front again. She pet me again, talked with my hooman a bit. He was happy with what was done and how much it cost. After that we went back home. Says we will be back in a year for another checkup as long as I stay good.

While on vacation and over 8 hrs from our home vet the SPAH quickly accommodated us with less than a days notice after our 2 year old lab had too much swimming and developed swimmers tail. All the staff were fantastic and we could not have been treated better.

South Porcupine Animal Hospital is amazing. Dr. Phil sees my Irish Wolfhounds and husky. He goes above and beyond as far as I go. He is gentle, calm, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and really listens. Fynn had surgery today and he really took the time to explain everything. The vet techs are also amazing and very gentle with the dogs. I was crying in the waiting room when Fynn went in for surgery and one of the vet techs saw me. I didn't ask but she checked to see how Fynn was doing twice and came over to reassure me that he was doing good. Everyone there is fantastic. I am so happy that I get to take my dogs there. The care given is the best.

South Porcupine Animal Hospital, their Vets and staff are the Best in town in my opinion. They want the best for your kids with fur. They are very knowledgeable and they take their time to explain if explanation needed. Their analysis is usually right even before all the testing, I always want to confirm. The assistant are very gentle, smart and are definitely there to assist you and the vet. Front desk is always very pleasant and happy to help, doesn't push you out the door even when she should. The whole staff always goes above and beyond any of my expectations! I have found the best health care provider my kids with fur, my family!

The team at the South Porcupine Animal provide the best quality care for your pets. They have never skipped a beat with providing top level care for my fur babies! They are very responsive and answer questions very quickly and get back to your even during emergency visits.The only negative I have experienced is a lack of understanding and flexibility for fitting you in during a last minute visit. I've had two experiences however. The one time they fitted me in and charged a fair rate for the service provided. The other instance, they charged an absurd amount of money for a 5 minute visit and written prescription. The visit was however considered an emergency visit, scheduling a consult last minute.

Very polite and knowledgeable staff and vet.My poor little doggie is pushing 14 years old and has a host of issues common to canines her age.The care she needs isn't cheap, and when I told them I had a limited fixed income they were very understanding and gave me a pamphlet with information about a foundation that helps pet owners with fixed incomes financial assistance with veterinarian bills.Great place.
