Most authentic Bihari kabab in my opinion. Dhaba style flavour with wide variety of curries and BAR-B-Q items. Bihari kabab , chicken chilli , Kabab roll are mostly recommended to try . Naans are always fresh and crispy. Friendly staff and clean place . The most lovable thing is wall poster of Masjid al haram which gives a great Makkah feel .

Despite their super unfriendly service I still give them 4 stars because of food and portion size.Ordered take out chicken biriyani( Tuesday special $8 including tax). They were just starting for the day and two staffs were busy setting up. When I finally got their attention to order biriyani, only thing staff said was “cash!” Well I don’t expect proper greetings or anything from this place any more.I got plenty of chicken ( bone in) and sooooo much rice. I could easily make 3-4 portions out of this biriyani, if I added more proteins and my own veggie dishes.Rice was moist, strong cardamom & cloves flavour. It also came with green cilantro sauce as well.

Got the platter for 2 ppl. Beef Kabob was pretty good, juicy and rich. Chicken was spicy. The sauce came with pita was also hot. Salad was disappointing, but understandable given it’s not their specialty.. Pita was good to go with Kabob, and it was freshly made. You need to help yourself there… basically they call you and you go to grab your food, utensils are disposable also.

No surprise they are doing business for over two decades in Toronto. Served food was so fresh and tasty. I still fill the softness of nan and aroma of mixed vegetables. Kabaab was juicy and tender. We shall visit the restaurant with family again.

The foot long kebab (chicken or beef) is a must buy at $9.50 with fresh naan. Great affordable place for the quality. Only issue is that orders can take long with the grill/bbq.

Makkah restaurant is absolutely a delight to Non-Veg lovers. If you want to go out for a casual dinner then it’s the best place to be at. Overall the experience was good.

Ḥalāl: YesPrices: $ to $$The premises were clean, the staff was kind and we received our sit down meals in about 5-10 minutes.Been here a few times, the tandoori chicken is great as well as their butter chicken.Verdict: Yes, I would crave their food, and yes, I would return to the restaurant if I was in the area.

Have been coming here for years. Delicious food, friendly service. Lots to choose from for the veggie thali (what i always get). Big portions for a reasonable price. Go out of my way to come here when I’m in town more that I live elsewhere.Recommend
