MRF services the District of Sechelt yet violates the noise Bylaws regarding the restriction of use of Heavy Machinery prior 7:00 AM.Every Wednesday we have a driver operating in our neighbourhood picking up the commercial metal bins with their forklift dumpster waking up people at 6:30 AM or slightly earlier. Why? Why is my child crying at 6:30 AM, why are we being disturbed, woken up before 7:00 AM? No Respect

Am really disappointed that we have such poor service for a company that touts its customer service so highly. I’ve called 7 times and as soon as the clock turned 4:00 pm ( closing time ) I was suddenly able to get through all the prompts only to be put on hold. Just to be sure I waited futilely, for 15 minutes before hanging up in anger. My reason for calling in the first place? They drove right by our bins without stopping.
