Chris put in many unbilled hours from the very beginning, viewing potential lots with us and joining in on architectural design meetings. Our house is one of the smaller ones in Riverview’s portfolio, but Chris was always available to us and made us feel like a priority.We are very happy with the beauty and quality of our home, and were impressed by the expertise and attention to detail of the trades Riverview brought in. Our project was finished in a reasonable timeframe and right on budget.We found Riverview to be reliable, professional, and easy to work with, and would highly recommend them.

Two Alberta rivers converged and invaded our home in the Flood of 2013, filling our basement and soaking our main floor. Chris took on this emotionally-loaded renovation with respect and energy.
