Eagle Heating & Cooling

Eagle installed furnace during build of our house. Found out a few years ago during renovation of basement the fresh air intake pipe to the furnace was not connected to the outside. The basement renovation team were able to install that for us. A few years later, the blower fan and motor needed replacement. Eagle came and replaced, but a month after the motor died and needed to be replaced again. Recently we came home to a non-functioning furnace. Tried calling Eagle for emergency service as this was weekend and it was below zero outside. Called twice and never received a reply. Tried contacting the company for service call with potential that furnace needed replacement as it was over 10 years old. No reply. Ended up contracting another company to install new furnace as the secondary heat exchanger was blocked and repair would be more than half the cost of a new install. The other company was surprised that the heat exchanger of the furnace malfunctioned so soon but when they saw that it was Eagle that installed the builder grade" furnace

What an absolute disgrace the manager" is. Extremely rude and clearly isn't man enough to do his job. Seemed very overwhelmed when needing to warrant a 5 year old AC that was shot. Super nice technician came by and set an appt to have the new unit installed. Next day the manager made his own diagnosis without even looking at the unit and void the warranty. Denied that the technician had told me it would be covered and told me

They install my tankless 2years ago for new builds. It was found leaking the gas by enbridge union gas. It had been leaking a few months already. They even wants to charge me 180 service fee to fix it. Ridiculous. Put my life in risk and refuse to do it by bad quality installation at first time. Bad service.

DO NOT give this company your business! The person in charge Auzzi is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. You can’t take this company serious. He will use vulgar language if questioned about his disservice. STAY AWAY. Builders should not be using this company!

I'm thrilled to have my A/C working again. Thank you to Ozzy and his team coming together to replace my HVAC system so quickly. I had my old system removed and the new one installed the same day. The new system works great, and at a good price! Quality work. I'm ecstatic! Highly Recommend.

I was so happy with this company. Replaced an old octopus gas gravity system with a brand new system. All the duct work had to be redone. They were very clean and tidy. Done quickly. They did not leave a single screw on the floor. I highly recommend them!

They do not care about their customers. The lady that answers the phone is nice but the person in charge is actually the rudest person you can deal with. Prepared to be sworn at and charged for something you didn’t get..
